For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns of unopened and unused products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

5. Exchanges

  • Photo or video evidence

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.


8. Cancellations
